This has been 40 years (45 actually) in the making. I’ve finally got to a point in my life where I believe that health has to be a very important thing in my life, I lost my mother (3 years ago) to heart disease so realise how important looking after your heart is, but it’s not just the heart, its the whole body and as importantly the mind.
I’ve always loved riding my bike. its a great escape, I’ve also always loved being active, but as you get older you become more sedentary. Well things are changing, I’ve joined a gym and I’ve starting eating healthier, even vcut down on my meat intake…so where will this take me? who knows but I’ve vowed to be healthy, to think of my mind and body as one and to aim to be the best I can be….I’d be happy for anyone to come along and join me on this journey to discovery and mindfulness.
